Hi Alysha – I hear ya!!! And good skin comes from the inside. Your gut is soooo important. When your gut and immunity is optimal, you are well rested, hydrated (and I am not advocating a specific amount), breathe well (critical), you take care of your skin, exercise regularly (not necessarily marathons/jogging etc) and you feel good about you – you will glow! Maybe we need to get our attention off supplements and onto how we think and live. When you get your core health back on track you do glow. And I understand, you/I want to look good now! i.e. while we are developing our optimally healthy selves…
Here’s a non supplement based observation come opinion with a tip. By focusing on anti-aging you are inadvertently focusing on aging! Do yourself a favor and focus on being healthy and feeling good. I believe we are all ageless – if we can buy out of the group hypnotic belief of inevitable aging. Scientists now agree we should be easily living till 120 yrs…on that basis alone we need to re-think our shared delusions about age! We are using resveratrol and I have clients now swearing by it. I have just started using a pure acai with the resveratrol and have noticed my energy levels increase. While that is good I am wary of relying on supplements…Happy to let you know where we source ours from. Oh and I love Bio-Oil for my face and hands. It is such a nourishing product, it feels beautiful and the manufacturers claim good clinical results with tone and spots etc. And remember, you’re only ever as young as you feel! Go well

I am making an attempt these days to get one good anti aging product but seems like certainly, there is actually practically nothing that can easily treat my skin. If you truly discover some kind of proper care which can make magic just let me know and so I will admire that.

We should be thankful that the swine flu did not spread very rapidly. it is not very deadly like Ebola but swine flu can still kill you.
